Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and APFIN. By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the APFIN platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform. We recommend that you read this document carefully and, if necessary, seek independent legal advice before accepting it.

1. About APFIN

APFIN is an AI-powered automated crypto token investing platform that connects users with automated trading systems through a single, secure interface. The platform uses advanced AI algorithms and real-time token market data to execute automated trades on your behalf — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

APFIN does not provide personalised financial advice or investment recommendations. All investment decisions are ultimately the responsibility of the user. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as financial, tax or legal advice.

APFIN acts as a technology provider. We do not act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser or fiduciary in relation to your use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the APFIN platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be resident in any country where access to the platform is prohibited by applicable law or international sanctions
  • Not be listed on any sanctions, terrorist financing or politically exposed person (PEP) list
  • Use the platform strictly for lawful purposes

Each individual may hold only one registered account. Multiple accounts, impersonation or the use of false identities are strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Verification

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and to submit valid government-issued identification documents as part of our KYC process. You may also be asked to provide proof of address, source of funds and source of wealth documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised access, suspected breach or security incident.

APFIN reserves the right to refuse registration or to request additional verification at any time, in line with our AML/KYC obligations.

4. Platform Services

APFIN provides the following services to registered users:

  • Automated AI token trading based on real-time market data
  • A real-time performance dashboard with full activity history
  • Deposit and withdrawal processing via bank transfers, cryptocurrencies, e-wallets and card payments
  • Customer support and structured onboarding
  • Security features including two-factor authentication and encrypted data storage

We may add, modify or discontinue any part of the services at our sole discretion, with reasonable notice where required.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Fees

The minimum initial deposit required to activate the token trading functionality is $250. Deposits and withdrawals may be processed via bank transfer, cryptocurrency, e-wallet or card. All accounts are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

APFIN does not charge registration or subscription fees. However, third-party fees such as blockchain network fees, bank transfer charges or payment processor fees may apply and are your responsibility. Any applicable platform fees, if introduced, will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and AML checks. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading crypto tokens involves a high level of risk. Before using the platform, you should carefully consider the following:

Capital at risk: The value of your investments can decrease as well as increase. You may receive back less than the amount you initially deposited, and in some cases you may lose your entire capital. Never invest funds that you cannot afford to lose.

No guaranteed returns: APFIN does not guarantee any specific level of profit, return on investment or token trading performance. Any examples, illustrations or historical results shown on the platform are for informational purposes only and are not a promise of future outcomes.

Market volatility: Crypto token markets are subject to rapid and unpredictable price movements that may adversely affect trading performance.

Technology risk: Automated investing platforms are subject to technical risks, including software errors, connectivity issues, latency and cybersecurity threats.

Regulatory risk: The regulatory environment for crypto assets is evolving and may change in ways that affect the platform or your ability to use it.

Liquidity risk: In certain market conditions, it may be difficult to buy or sell tokens at the desired price or time.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • Market manipulation, wash trading or any other abusive trading practice
  • Using the platform to process funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering and terrorist financing
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform, its systems or other users' accounts
  • Deploying unauthorised automated tools, bots, scrapers or scripts
  • Reproducing, distributing or reverse-engineering APFIN's proprietary software, algorithms or brand assets without authorisation
  • Using the platform in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
  • Impersonating APFIN, its employees or other users
  • Uploading malicious code or interfering with platform integrity

8. Anti-Money Laundering and KYC

APFIN is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and other financial crime. We may require you to provide additional documentation, may monitor transactions and may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required by law. We reserve the right to freeze or close accounts that fail to meet our compliance requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos, text, graphics and other intellectual property available on or through APFIN are the exclusive property of APFIN or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for its intended purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, APFIN shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of capital, profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the platform
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
  • Any interruption, suspension or unavailability of the services
  • Any loss arising from reliance on information provided through the platform
  • Any loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall be limited to the amount of fees you have paid to APFIN in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

APFIN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law, regulation or a competent authority
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity
  • You fail to complete required verification or provide accurate information

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team, provided that any outstanding obligations are settled and legal retention requirements are met.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall first be submitted to our customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

14. Force Majeure

APFIN shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, government actions, power outages or failures of third-party service providers.

15. Amendments

APFIN reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform.
